I love working at snider they have given me the opportunity to learn a new career and advance I feel lucky to work at one of the best locations to me with a great staff from our management to my colleagues

Cons

Wish pay was a little more competitive with others in our area and never really can make plans for the weekend even when your off call your still on call as back up

Christian based company! each branch is setup to run as its own business, but corporate does have a lot of oversight which can be good/bad. i don't mind it but management is very good at the store level. probably have the best tech/mechanics in the business. makes a sales persons job amazing.

Cons

multi role positions. insurance is good just not the cheapest.
