Most management and employees seem to be on their own program. Most people would be fired for some of the things that people in this company get away with. There is a wide array of favoritism that goes around work environment. Seems like no matter who you talk to, if your not a chosen employee or a friend of someone in management, all talks about moving up the ladder are blown off by everyone in the positions to help you succeed. Employees with longer time at company seem to be untouchable no matter what they do. Raises are basically chump change and flat across the board no actual look into employees. They have a saying if your good at your job then you get to do others jobs too this is very true in this company

Mindset of a company is behind the times. Alot of drama for such a small company PTO package is a joke in today's time Minimal diversity which leads to narrow outlook No planning, everything decision is shot from the hip. Poor communication from executive team Poorly written policies lead to individual interpretation for gain or punishment dependent on situations. Very few people from outside the tire business work there, leading to limited understanding what's going on outside the tire business, Aka the rest of the world.
