Pros

This company takes care of its people as much as one can ask.I have had no problem with management or coworkers. If there is a problem I have found that all my coworkers are very helpful to resolve the problem with me. I feel that the extra mile gets noticed here and I have received everything that was ever offered to me.

Cons

If you don't like typing this may not be the place for you. Everyone at Snider emails a lot and I am getting acustom to that.

Pros

This is the good ol boy system, where its who likes you will denote how well your doing. The management is alful. I have worked on equipment for 20 years and have never seen such an abuse of customers.

Cons

Insurance is not good, and always going up. This company values nothing but cash flow. I was top earning mechanic at charlotte facility for over a year and you cant win with this company, if they promise you anything you can bet they wont do it!

Going nowhere company with no sense of direction

not much and really difficult to recall any

Learning curve is long but you working on your own is demanded immediately. Whole office is disorganized and no one knows what the other is doing.... so many unhappy customers and clients I'm not sure how they are still making it. Leave you hanging A LOT on what to do and it is very confusing on how and when to do things when only the manager or co worker knows the answer and no way for you to find it out. Work piles up so fast its almost impossible to keep up and co workers throw work on your desk that they don't want to do. Men in the warehouse are constantly harassing, ( if you are a girl in the office), and most of them are illegals they get from a shady temp service and they know it. Worse job I've ever had with little support with anything or takes forever to get any help. Too much multi tasking to do any kind of quality work.
