nothing was good here, dont even invest your time or energy to this company

Cons

the only way to move up is if you know someone and they pull you in. It does not matter how good you are at your job. They will overlook you just because they know someone personally that they can help out. I have been with the company and promised raise after raise and I did the job for FREE with no pay raise or job title change with no obligations on my end and they gave my promised job to someone else just because they closed the Greensboro location of course to save her. They are not sincere of their workers and overlook the full aspect of running a business--its an inside scam. You will never see an equal opportunity here at snider.

There are no pros Upper management is clueless and turns on you if you question anything

Cons

Everything. A severely outdated sales method (felt like an Amway salesman) an executive team who are so out of touch with reality glorified oil changers in the mechanical shops pop in and out managers who come to town for anything but to help The list is endless You want me to sell services but what good is it if the shops cant fix anything
