      Pros

      My co-workers and pay/benefits. The training was good (it definitely depends on who your co-workers are) and after a couple of months once you get TIA certified you are able to make commissions.

      Cons

      A lot micro-managing and not much room to advance unless you are a family friend of someone high up in the company. Stressful environment and work/life balance wasn't great.

      nice laid back company branch wise

      Cons

      dont treat loyal employees with any compassion and just worry about the bottom line and when you earned vacation time that wont pay you for them if you leave or let go and they cut hours to people in office if things aren't going good for the branch instead of main office in other state couldn't carry it.

      No dam sense in raises, been asking for months, my family hungry
