Pros

There was always work to do, so it was easy to get your hours in. You had a quota you had to meet but that was not all you could do.

Cons

It was hard work. You often had to be outside to finish certain tasks associated with your job title. It was a very physically tasking job.

Nothing. The company is terrible.

Cons

The sales team is terrible, the equipment is garbage, the people that work there Terrible company, unless you are in the “good ol boy” club. They will promise you one thing, and then turn around and do the complete opposite. The new CEO is running the company into the ground, they provide no overhead support for their branch level managers, and if you tell them you have broken equipment, they will blow you off until it affects a customer, and then they will try to throw you under the bus like you did nothing to get the problem resolved.

Company truck, work phone, double time pay, co workers, and PTO.

Cons

Branch and District Management can have their favorites. Have to brown nose to stay in good terms. Pay is decent, again depending on where you stand in favorites. Hard to get raises. Basically have to leave or threaten to leave to get promotions or pay raise. Health care is expensive. Work life balance can be hard for some.
