Learning curve is long but you working on your own is demanded immediately. Whole office is disorganized and no one knows what the other is doing.... so many unhappy customers and clients I'm not sure how they are still making it. Leave you hanging A LOT on what to do and it is very confusing on how and when to do things when only the manager or co worker knows the answer and no way for you to find it out. Work piles up so fast its almost impossible to keep up and co workers throw work on your desk that they don't want to do. Men in the warehouse are constantly harassing, ( if you are a girl in the office), and most of them are illegals they get from a shady temp service and they know it. Worse job I've ever had with little support with anything or takes forever to get any help. Too much multi tasking to do any kind of quality work.

Management lives in an ivory tower. Data analysis is nonexistent and no one can explain the comp plan. For a service company, all they worry about is "what have you done for me lately" and won't give you time to establish and grow relationships before showing you the door. I've seen it happen. IT dept is a joke. This company is super cheap, and benefits are terrible. There is no team mentality, everyone is out for themselves. Priorities from Ops and Sales do not align. Understaffed. Money hungry. I'll be out of here as soon as I line something else up. They watch your every move and question anything you do they don't understand, while geotagging your location 24-7. Internal systems don't communicate, and their CRM is a joke.
