One such case I was directed to the vice president of sales on the commercial side, when I needed to speak to a representative for employee relations, benefits, complaints, etc. Upper management is untrustworthy. I’ve talked to a couple individuals, and they led me to believe opportunities are available and yet they have not provided any opportunities to grow.
