It has been an experience.

The Employee Benefits are not very beneficial, For example, I have to find a different doctor, because the health insurance doesn’t cover a lot. Unfair distribution of work and even taking away work from those who can get the job done. A lot of bad-mouthing of employees and even customers, behind their backs and to their faces. I’ve experienced this first hand. Human resources won’t reach out to you, I can prove this since I have left several unanswered voicemails, and have had several other issues that have been either ignored or unresolved. Quite frankly it’s a struggle to talk to the right person in HR that I’ve needed to talk to. One such case I was directed to the vice president of sales on the commercial side, when I needed to speak to a representative for employee relations, benefits, complaints, etc. Upper management is untrustworthy. I’ve talked to a couple individuals, and they led me to believe opportunities are available and yet they have not provided any opportunities to grow.

Pros

Great people Community outreach Company goes above and beyond to take care of those in need If you can deal with it for 15-20 years you can really be something there.

Cons

Mindset of a company is behind the times. Alot of drama for such a small company PTO package is a joke in today's time Minimal diversity which leads to narrow outlook No planning, everything decision is shot from the hip. Poor communication from executive team Poorly written policies lead to individual interpretation for gain or punishment dependent on situations. Very few people from outside the tire business work there, leading to limited understanding what's going on outside the tire business, Aka the rest of the world.

As you know, we provide a service to the transportation industry that includes 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance. We serve our customers in this capacity in order for them to meet the commitments they have to their customers to ensure accurate and on time delivery of products or service. Because of this, at times our work schedules demand on call hours, which we recognize and compensate our team members for their service outside of normal hours. Thank you for helping us continue to provide that service to our customers when they need it most.
