You get weekends and holidays off, and 2 weeks PTO after 90 days.

Cons

You are a salary position, paid for 8 and if you have the longer runs you end up working 10-12 hrs. Don't get sick or hurt, management does not like that, they will want you to come back before the Dr okays it. Trucks have inward facing cameras, and they nit pick the everything. If you don't kiss a*s you are expected to pick up the slack from other drivers. Loads are always messed up, not enough 2x4s or load locks, and the load locks are always damaged from the guys loading/unloading the trailers. Oh and the there is no privacy here if you tell the boss something by days end everyone will know your business.
