They have a good story to tell and lots of room for growth

Cons

The recruiter had given me a joining date and the hiring manager had gone to the extent of discussing accounts and opportunities that he wanted me to take over upon joining only to tell me a few days later that they are going with someone else. In a way things worked out for the good as I wouldn't want to work with people that run their business in this way.

The culture is somewhat toxic from the top down. Many leaders in the company model their style and behavior on the CEO and you end up with management by intimidation.
