Product is good and easy

Cons

People don't stick around, churn rate is high and obviously so. Struggling cause of databricks. Management is not competent

Strong technical training and sales cycle training Excellent Sales Engineering team support Sociable atmosphere with the team

Large increases in quota and reductions in commission a couple of years after IPO Lack of outbound tools and resources, no intent data, limited tools for email and phone data, adding leads to CRM from Sales Nav manually one by one Success depends on luck with territory - having on-demand accounts (self service/product led growth) to convert onto contracts
