      High growth, great leadership, Awesome product that solves and enables many different challenges for organisations across FS, Gaming, Retail and many more.

      Cons

      It is tough to keep the same culture as the company scales, so really focus and double down on this.

      * Great comp * Aggressively tackles issues around things like developer productivity - better tooling constantly being invested in * Generally very good ICs to work with

      Cons

      * WLB is a mess. They'll strongly hint that you put in a lot of overtime and then when it comes to your performance review, they will knock you down because 'what you did isn't sustainable'. And then, within a week, they'll be recommending you work overtime. * Company has a lot of very senior ICs who all like to weigh in on designs. Getting approval do do meaningful work can be a serious challenge.
