      Product may be the best you ever sell, tons of earning potential in the right territory

      Base salary is very low because they know how good of a product we have. Training is somewhat abysmal, high turnover because people get frustrated

      - 4 interviews with the key members I'd be working alongside, they make it very personal and ask 'why do you want to join Snowflake?', 'why now?'. The why matters a lot to me. I talked about my own personal Snowflake story - When did I first learn about the company? What did I feel first seeing the product in action? What parts of the culture resonate? - It feels like a once in 10 to 20 year opportunity, the buzz around this is a great feeling. Some people commented it feels like early Apple. - Strong leadership from an excellent CEO and diverse leadership team (loads of different nationalities and backgrounds) - Pays really well! - It is still very much a start up, enables you to have a real impact and your work feels like it makes a difference. What we do matters. - Super fast speed (not for everyone!)

      Company has really changed into a very toxic culture. Snowflake doesn’t care about people at all. Money is the only value. The way they deal with people is worst I have ever seen. A bunch of nasty managers. They don’t care about you if you are being bullied. Also is rasism a big problem. The old group only stays for the money. They mentally ruin people.
