      Haven't been here too long but the environment felt amazing before I was even hired (attended an open house). The people here both smart and personable. So many opportunities to figure out where you want to be in the next 5 years

      *Expected the pay to be a little higher *Fast growing company, so still some issues with consistency

      Product delivers tremendous value for customers - accelerates data-driven product development, removes performance issues and manual maintenance, drastically improves the end-user experience - so work is impactful and consultative. Excellent and rigorous sales culture, yet friendly. Team cheers each others' wins and information/best practices are shared openly. Outperformance and hustle are acknowledged and rewarded often in a strong promote-from-within culture. Clear that best-in-class CEO Frank Slootman will uplevel our ability to sustain hypergrowth with better processes, training and organization.

      Cons

      As a salesperson, highly technical product - most successful reps get deep on competitive environment and are willing/excited to learn continuously - as our own product and our competitors improve on a continuous cycle.
