Great bosses and coworkers, extremely secluded location and low pay.

Pros

The majority of the bosses are great to work for. Most are overall laid back. The location of the resort is beautiful. Health benefits for full time employees is not bad for the area.

Cons

The resort is located in a very secluded area and more than likely, you will not get any cellular signal. The pay is low. They don't drug test for most positions, some of my co-workers would openly use on the job.

- taught me how to ski for my instructing job - additional pay per person in group lesson -good for first-time ski instructors -everyone is friendly and encouraging

Cons

- buses are overfilled on commute to work - hit or miss on good employee housing
