      Worst leadership team of my entire career

      Pros

      -Smart coworkers -Customers, while demanding, are interesting and fun to work with -parts of the product work very well -decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      -the most chaotic leadership team I have ever had the displeasure of working with -constant reorgs and shifting priorities -a complete inability to set a clear vision and execute on it. They simply cannot launch and monetize a product. - gutting their only revenue generating products on big AI bets that have yet to yield almost any revenue whatsoever -engineering team seems completely unable to push new features, instead opting for endless beta cycles that go nowhere -increasing workloads, decreasing resources -did I mention the leadership team has absolutely no clue what they’re doing?

      Too much work, the CS department is style over substance. It became apparent that leadership had never done customer success successfully in the past. They were more impressed with fancy slide decks and good graphics even though the content was average and not related to any valuable customer metrics
