      * Company culture - employee satisfaction, well being and development is really a high priority of the company (not just a blank statement). * Great industry leading product. * Well funded, financially stable company. * Seems like the company has a bright future ahead for the next few years. * Typically hire very competent employees (you will be working with well qualified people).

      Cons

      Ever evolving...the focus seems to be changing every 6 months, lots of moving parts. This is common/typical with most start-ups but I think still worth mentioning. You really need to expect and be able to thrive in a frequently changing environment, with dynamic goals and requirements.
