Interesting product, you get to create software used by other engineers. The company atmosphere is good, the culture is diverse and open-minded, they really appreciate new ideas and opinions. You get to solve interesting engineering problems.

Cons

The company scaled up very fast so they are many legacy components that need rewriting, but this can be typical for a fast-growing startup.

Very nice and relaxed culture, while still working at one of the most cutting edge start up companies right now.

Cons

Nothing meaningful. It has been tough to get raises etc recently, but it seems to be the same case everywhere.
