Great benefits, the rest is meh

Pros

Salaries are very high, no limit for days off which is amazing, smart and nice people globally.

Cons

but upper management is disconnected, filling their mouths with buzzwords the R&D folks are not even a part of. There is this massive AI rebranding, the developers barely know what this is all about. Layoffs hit us all by surprise too occasionally. No one feels safe. Some products are being removed without letting the developers of the department know about it. Re-orgs are so trivial in this company that it doesn’t surprise anyone anymore.

Pros

It used to be a fantastic company to work for up. Great AppSec products and wonderful people and culture. The glory days are long gone though.

Cons

The good people have all bailed out or been laid off. Their core value of "Care Deeply" is just wishful thinking. The future product direction talks all about AI, but really it's just re-branding of existing capabilities.
