      Good office environment SE team is very talented Good packages including stock Investing in sales training

      Poor structure with account allocation, given 10k accounts with very bad data to filter through for your top 100. Favouring reps that have been in the company longer or management has perviously worked with in a different company Management is not setting everybody for success
