Pros

Snyk has incredible customers, an amazing culture and strong leadership team with the level of experience to help us work through challenges which is to be expected and a norm for a company of our size. Lots of upward mobility but a high bar in terms of performance expectations which is not for everyone.

Cons

Snyk continues to experience a lot of change so this requires a level of resilience and experience to not only weather the change but to be a part of a transformational company.
