      - People are amazing - Huge emphasis on positive and inclusive culture - Product is good and customers want it

      Pros

      Joined Snyk a few months ago and it has been a great experience. Great culture, great product, great leadership. The company does a great job enabling the sales team with training, technology and resources. It is truly a team sell. Exciting to be a part of a company growing so fast.

      Cons

      High growth means aggressive targets and expectations. Need to be able to adapt to change and handle pressure.
