Let’s begin: More then 60% of the people working here are hired based on recommendations…. I never seen in my life as many incompetents gather at one table deciding what other should do. All the values that this company pretends to have is just another way of saying: “ we want you to have no life, do your job 200% and the jobs that others and incapable of doing with 0 recognition/ promotion or more money. It’s unreal to me how this people sell security products when they have 0 idea what security is, not to mention that they don’t follow what they preach. Product wise — all lies. Snyk managed to build one product - have baked, all the rest is just pure crap. That are faaar better security tools literally everywhere you look. Open source is an upgrade compared to this products. Let’s talked about mental health for a moment. If you haven’t had a burnout so far, be my guest this company will offer you plenty in a year. As mentioned before the expectations vs reality of this company are mind blowing. Being on a verge of a mental breakdown is a must here, nobody listens or cares and if you ask for help this will be your label. I never experienced anxiety at this level before. Every thing here changes 10 time in a week cuz they have no vision/direction/process. There is no vision- maybe just the fingers crossed someone blind will buy this company out. After so many rounds of layoffs as a result of the great strategic minds that run Snyk, is just a matter of time until another one will follow.

Sale management team are terrible - micro managers that repeat "go" after ever statement. Poor understanding of the market and unrealistic targets. No answers to competition offerings apart from "were the best" Constant chest beating - it seems you have to tell everyone , every 5 minutes what a great place it is to work? Wellness days are granted to employees, management fail to tell employees what these are for and if you use them you feel you should not be using them. The company seems to be full of leaders - this often leads to lots of conflicts. Toxic environment where everyone seems terrified of being fired - very stressful place to work. Complete lack of understanding of cultures outside of the U.S.
