- Culture. It's all talk. The culture isn't amazing. It's top-down, it's micro- management, it's stealing ideas, it's praising people who say yes but sit and do nothing all day, it's firing the only people who've added to the culture, it's top heavy, it's toxic and it's burning out the good people. Major re-think of Culture required, and not just writing more core values. - Indecisiveness and poor execution on processes followed by a lack of communication on rollout. "We sent it out on slack". - Slack usage. No emails, it's all slack and the passive aggressive nature of the messages from leadership make it clear you're expected to respond
