Nice and competent colleagues. Fine tech stack

Cons

Snyk overhired and then started laying off people paying close to nothing as severance. I strongly advice people against joining a company so reckless and nonchalant about ruining people’s lives. People have been laid off after 2 weeks of employment (which means they were hired when the senior leadership was already planning to get rid of them).

- Good tech & good problems to solve

Cons

- Communication over slack is ridiculous. no processes or balance over whats important to communicate, and no attempt to imporve that - Work-life-balance is bad. they talk the talk, but far from walking the walk - no processes to focus on whats important - escallations and periodic whims from management are a constant de-focus and frustrating
