      - Place a lot of emphasis on employee wellness, there is a culture of making sure colleagues are putting their mental/physical health first. - They're growing fast so there's plenty of opportunity to make your mark - Putting great effort into maintaining culture as they grow fast - Plenty of opportunities for growth and career progression

      - Some barriers between software and platform engineers limit options for system design, but there are active attempts to address this over the longer term. - Opaque about salary ranges

      Good benefits but management is chaos

      Pros

      Good benefits, unlimited days off, education & wellness budgets per year. Remote first so no need to come to the office at all if you don't fell like.

      Cons

      Leadership and management are lacking, making the company have constant re-orgs every a couple of months which is not really allowing a career development. as things change constant and teams and devisions are closed and shuffled.

      Pros

      It used to be a fantastic company to work for up. Great AppSec products and wonderful people and culture. The glory days are long gone though.

      Cons

      The good people have all bailed out or been laid off. Their core value of "Care Deeply" is just wishful thinking. The future product direction talks all about AI, but really it's just re-branding of existing capabilities.
