      Pros

      People on the ground are nice, easy to work with, and care. Somehow, even with all the chaos, Snyk is still making money.

      Cons

      Senior management is pretty terrible, CEO only cares about sales and has zero technical background, R&D is seen as a second-class citizen, record every few months. As a result, products deteriorate and we haven't done anything new in ages.

      Enough leeway to survive for a while

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Promotion circus. Everyone that was talented has left or is leaving, with plenty of incompetent people sticking around, particularly in engineering. Product was once state of the art now can barely compete and all that remains in a brand over the shell of the company.
