      Pros

      Great compensation & benefits. Wonderful colleagues who really try to help each other. Good offices (pre-Covid) with free snacks. Very transparent and open culture. Leadership are accessible (they're human beings you can talk to, not distant figures who you never come in contact with). Never boring, there's too much to do to get bored.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do, all the time. We're victims of our own success in some ways, the better the company does, the more we expect ourselves to overachieve next time. To some extent, there are pockets of people who want their opinions to be heard in anything and everything. Nothing bad about this, it's great that our people care, but we're scaling quickly and need to learn to let go of some of this stuff and focus on what matters.

      Pros

      A company objective that genuinely benefits the wider world, amazing people, great culture, nice offices, positive future, customer driven, supportive, remote-working friendly, self-reflective.

      Cons

      Despite the massive friendliness, the bar of quality, intelligence and hard work is very high and can be a little daunting at first.

      * The people are friendly. they are smart and open minded. really try to help each other, without any ego. * Management is super supportive. * The company is growing fast. * Work is challenging and very interesting.

      Cons

      Everything is moving fast, as it happens in startups. Can be challenging. But the management is understands that and gives the time and help needed.
