The company is very ethical and takes care of its employees and customers. A great deal of attention is paid ot doing the right thing. The company is stable and there are many opportunities in a variety of disciplines.

Cons

Promotions and pay should be given a more comprehensive evaluation. Often, a general impressions rather than objective performance measures are used. Lower levels of management lack the trainig they need to effectively manage their employees.

Great Union benefits - easy going for political people

Cons

Middle level and senior management is in politics. No body cares for economics. The more they spend, more their salaries. It is all rate-payer (customer) funded. White managers resent minorities.

Great benefits, and on the job training. For engineering, job is fast pace and demanding from the customers.

Cons

Job Advancement isnt great. job promotions are sometimes located in facilities not within the region. job duties get to be repetitive and sometimes will get boring.
