      Pros

      SoCalGas emphasizes team collaboration, Diversity in the workplace and great training opportunities to grow your skills. The company provides its employees with impeccable benefits and mutiple opportunities to meet other employees though community volunteer events. Bonus Pay and Pension plans are very competitive. Honestly the best company I've worked for so far.

      Cons

      No Cons and I don't foresee any in the future. I hear nothing but good things from other employees with 10+ years at the company.

      Great company and culture – the company promotes growth and work life balance with hybrid model. There are numerous advancement opportunities and offer competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      nothing comes to mind. all has been positive so far.

      Pros

      Positive Morale and team environment with lots of collaborating, idea sharing and employees who are willing to teach and share knowledge with you. The team I am on is super supportive and everyone is willing to pitch in and help each other out. The work-life balance in this company can't be beat!

      Cons

      Work location. When I started I was 100% remote and didn't anticipate working in the office. However, I enjoy the people I work with and do appreciate face to face time with coworkers and meeting new employees when I am in the office.
