      Pros

      Great collaborative team. Hybrid schedule. Great wages which includes yearly bonuses. A lot of room for personal and professional growth. Great work life balance. Everyone is such a team player and is always willing to share their knowledge. Everyone wants to see you succeed and is always supportive. There are always new skills to learn and so much access to resources. Not only is it a great environment, but there are also a lot of benefits working at SoCalGas.

      Cons

      DTLA is busy and hectic so parking and traffic can be an issue.

      Pros

      SoCalGas is a company full of kind people who stay for their entire careers. The pay and benefits are good, along with the retirement package. The company is really focused on clean energy, with lots of great opportunities for people interested in STEM careers. If you're willing to branch out, the Company really gives you opportunities to try different fields.

      Cons

      For professionals, options for advancement are either in Los Angeles or San Diego. Executive positions are few and far between if that's your goal.
