First and foremost, thank you for the 3+ years you have dedicated to working at SoFi! We appreciate your candid review. We utilize Glassdoor to not only give candidates a glimpse into what it’s like to work at SoFi, but also to compile, listen to and act on feedback from our employees - so we take your review very seriously. Many of your comments are not indicative of the type of culture we are trying to build. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, included, and able to contribute. That starts with having a world-class management team. We recently hired a Learning & Development leader who is focused on manager excellence. We will soon roll out a series of trainings to give all SoFi managers the tools and resources to support and inspire their teams.
