      Sofi is an excellent place to work!

      Pros

      Sofi's balance between doing right by their members, and keeping a profitable business running is ideal. It's a challenging, fast pace environment (cliche, whatever, it's true) and everyone is super positive. The pay is very fair and I feel supported by my leadership team.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning, in my opinion.

      Fast paced culture, Incredible benefits

      Pros

      The benefits are phenomenal! I save so much money compared to prior employers on medical alone. I have a copay and don't contribute to premiums out of my paycheck, that's unheard of in today's market. That's not to mention the lunch benefit ($120/pay period) and student loan repayment. Love the people I work with, culture is fast paced and challenging but rewarding.

      Cons

      Don't have 401k match, "unlimited" vacation, but it's not always easy to take time without getting a bad reputation

      Pros

      Lot's of career growth for individuals who don't have much experience in the FinTech space. Catered lunches, great benefits, and employees/managers who actually care about your well being. Strong quarterly bonuses for being a top performer.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular is a con but more holiday's off would be nice.
