      Pros

      Beautiful environment, lunch, dinner and snacks. Free medical benefits and really great insurance coverage. Challenging and rewarding place to be! I consider myself very fortunate to work for such an amazing company!

      Cons

      Explosive growth comes with a little pain while processes are being developed. That's also what is great about SoFi, we are doing things we haven't done before.

      Pros

      Great company that continues to grow. Offers great benefits and pay for employees with a very relaxed culture. Cares about the employees by offering competitive over time and free lunches.

      Cons

      May be too relaxed. Employees are paid very well for the job they do but there is constant complaining. I believe if they were a bit more strict then the day to day operations would run much smoother.
