A FinTech player caught up in short-term org chaos

Pros

Good exposure to FinTech landscape; Some cool folks to work with; Genuine impact on consumer financial health

Cons

Lack of strong product leadership that pave the roadmap to bring all products together, i.e. isolated product experiences by product unit; too many opinions in almost every decision making so hard to get alignment across functions / departments, except when CEO himself expresses clear preferences
