Pros

First and foremost, the benefits are really good. The atmosphere is nice. There is emphasis on employees insights being taken into consideration. The events and activities are indicative of that. With the right schedule, work/ life balance can be achieved.

Cons

Salary. On the front lines, especially in lending there is a wealth of areas to be skilled in and the pay does not represent that. At any given time a member can contact an agent for service regarding loans (personal or student loans)- that each have different products within themselves, at work benefits, and a few other queues. I feel there is a general understanding of what the role entails, and if leadership was to experience the role 1st had they would agree. I must say that the benefits definitely creates space to feel compensated. (Some days more than other TBH)
