The entire team has been incredibly helpful and professional from day one. My recruiter was one of my biggest support systems throughout the hiring process—very responsive, transparent, and always willing to help. After joining, my team made onboarding smooth and helped me get up to speed quickly. The overall environment is friendly, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely want you to succeed. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and feel supported.

Cons

The interview process was quite long. While it was thorough and well-structured, shortening it a bit could make the experience even better for future candidates.

The most significant pro here is the environment. This is genuinely a great place to work where people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely care about the mission and each other. The company truly fosters a positive and inclusive culture for those looking to build a career, the opportunities here are fantastic. Management is generally dedicated to helping employees grow and there is a clear path for internal mobility and development. If you perform well, you will be rewarded with new challenges and promotions. Leadership is transparent and communicative, which makes a huge difference in navigating day-to-day work and future strategy.

Cons

A significant frustration for current employees has been the recent shift in the internal transfer policy. The requirement to wait for an internal move has been changed from 6 months of tenure to a full year. While the company aims for stability, this change feels restrictive and has definitely disappointed those who were planning their next career steps.
