Pros

Mostly Remote! Free stale snacks, Low Pay

Cons

Post Closing Management sucks! Management barely knows what they are doing! Micromanaging while not holding other team members to the same responsibilities. The whole post closing team complains about management while losing employees. Stay away from post closing! Management gossips with processing manager every morning and talks about how slow previous employees were about their work! Upper management doesn't speak to you! Management need to work on how to work with employees instead of against them!!!

Pros

Good coworkers. The snacks and free drinks were nice. Really good entry level into fintech. Decent pay.

Cons

They changed procedures and scoring methods in their rating method that made it harder to do well. You’d get in trouble for bad CSATs even after you did your job correct. If the customer hated the outcome of the company policy or judgement it still impacted you even if you did everything you could. Employees would like and tell the customer what they wanted to hear so they’d get a good score. When the next person had to pass the bad news they got hit with the bad score rather than the person that lied to the customer with false expectations. They also made it very hard to be promoted. They would dangle promotion over your head and then it would never arrive. No 401k match.
