As you know, working in an operations environment, schedules are largely informed by volume and capacity planning which doesn't always allow us to forecast out very far in terms of time off however we do our best to work with employees on a case by case basis to ensure their schedule is accommodating. Our Workforce Management team regularly looks at data to anticipate staffing needs and are in constant contact to make sure we have the right team in place at the right time.
