      Lateral movement is terrible. You get turned down for a job you are more than qualified to do because of their job leveling. They claim they want to help you grow but that is complete not true

      No 401K matching Full RTO is most likely imminent SoFi is trying too hard to become like a big bank and it's losing all of the positives and culture that made it an appealing employer.
