Pros

Good working environment, management structure setup to help everyone progress and succeed. Weekly All-Hands Meetings with top management to keep all employees "in the know" of goals, objectives, successes and failures along with questions and answer time.

Cons

I don't have any negative thoughts of SoFi or the management.

They go by metrics doesn’t matter if you’re trying your best if you don’t meet they get rid of you .

Cons

You barely talk to customers unless they are missing documents .
