      Pros

      SoFi was an overall excellent place to work. My Ops team was very supportive and helped me learn and grow each day. The company mission is admirable, and the leadership teams in general are on top of their game in an ever-changing and competitive market.

      Cons

      The org structure of my group was a bit dis-jointed. There was always a lot going on all the time, which made it difficult to be effective in the day to day responsibilities of my role.

      Pros

      Great environment, the pay is good and there’s a lot of opportunity to move up

      Cons

      They don’t have a Spanish line which I find to be very inconsiderate. Seeing how a lot of people speak Spanish and can’t get help.

      Pros

      I've never worked at a compay where every employee has a role and a volce to deliver against our mission and our values help define how we work together to go after our goals so we are all aligned.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything. I've never been more excited to be here.
