      Pros

      Anthony Noto is an incredible leader and seems to be cutting out the BS and poor leadership that plagued this company for many months between CEOs. Working for a strong leader with a vision is very rewarding. Incredible benefits. Best coworkers you could ask for (seriously). Continually engaging team building exercises to remind you why its worth all the hard work. The future for the company looks bright.

      Cons

      Career growth is near stagnant. Pay growth is near stagnant.

      Company in transition

      Pros

      Benefits. Paid lunch, snacks, bonuses, good salaries.

      Cons

      Salt Lake engineers are an island. The main engineering group is in Helena Mt. The corporate office is in San Francisco Ca. So growth opportunities for SLC engineers seem to be limited. Another con, hopefully soon to be fixed, is that the original CEO was removed by the board. And the new CEO just started. Soon, we assume, there will be a new CTO and more direction.

      Great work environment, understanding that you have a life beyond the business. You'll work hard, but its worth it.

      Startups are inherently more volatile.
