Culture, benefits, coworkers, fun, very rewarding. Everyday is different from the next, the pace is break neck, and the people are awesome to work with.

Cons

The work life balance is hard. Long hours are needed to succeed. Most exempt employees spend 10+ hours in the office.

- Women in executive positions that mentor those that are looking for direction. - Quarterly financial compensation for hitting goals - Huge teamwork mentality - Free health care (unheard of) - Free meals and gym membership - Student loan reimbursement - A culture that embraces positivity and hard work!

Cons

- We need to celebrate small achievements more (like hitting $1B in loans a month!) - We need to share brand initiatives more often and before they happen...as an employee, we should know about Member celebration parties before they are on social media.

People that have only been there a month act like they are your boss or scold you for no reason. Can easily get lost in the hussle ans busstle of things
