Once in a very long while a company comes along that is truly a game changer. Amazon changed the face of retail with a model that focused on growing its footprint over growing its profit. Likewise, SoFi is changing the way business in done in financial services and is having great success. From top to bottom, you can feel the 'can do' energy in this company every minute of every day. From strong compensation plans to fully paid benefits and free meals, SoFi takes great care of its employees. If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, there's not a better place to be.

Cons

This is still a start-up that is still inventing internal processes and systems. If you're looking for a job with a company that already has these things nailed down, this may not be the place for you.

Free thinking start up which encourages new ideas and innovation. Great company culture and events. Awesome to be part of the new financial world and not the same old thing. Benefits package is beyond awesome as well!

Cons

Lack of structure at times but that is common for the start up world which encourages independent thinking
