      Excitement around where things are heading

      Pros

      The business is growing and there's a lot of excitement about where the company is going. A lot of this comes from execution from all groups, including financial teams, marketing teams, and ops.

      Cons

      There are lots of important groups and departments, plus lots of moving pieces. That makes communication challenging at times, and finding out what happened can sometimes be a function of knowing the right person. But the senior management team tries with weekly company meetings. I wish engineering and product teams were more collaborative and open with other functions, instead of being so silo'ed.

      The exec team has a clear vision of where the company is going and acknowledges every employee as important to the continued success! Great open office floor plan and full kitchen. Good work/life balance. Excellent fully paid health benefits.

      I have no negative thoughts about SoFi.

      Software Developers looking to expand their technical knowledge and abilities will love SoFi. The team is very open to learning and keeping up with new languages and frameworks. If you're looking for a fun, exciting, and fast paced work environment, then SoFi is a perfect fit.
