4yHello, and thank you for your candid feedback. We are always looking to learn, iterate, and innovate - and we can't do that without constructive feedback like yours. We are very sorry to hear your time at SoFi did not meet your expectations. While we're happy you enjoy some of the benefits we offer employees, we are sorry to hear your comments around management. We know that building a best place to work caliber company starts with world-class leadership, that's why our Learning & Development team's #1 focus is on manager excellence. We're continuing to roll out programs to give our managers the training, resources, and tools to best support their teams. Additionally, our Mortgage leadership team is having regular round table discussions with the team to understand concerns, and has action plans in place to address them. Lastly, our MLO leaders are hosting regular events to bring the team together, to help support them and bring some much deserved fun to their day-to-day.
