Hi! We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave such a candid review and are very sad to hear your experience at SoFi isn't meeting your expectations. While we're glad you are enjoying some of the perks we offer, your comments around work/life balance are concerning. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the fact that this WFH environment has further blurred the lines (literally!) between work and home, we know this balance is harder than ever; even without additional pressures. You may be interested to hear that part of our new manager excellence trainings will include managing with empathy, which we believe will help address some of your concerns.
