Our Operations team has very specific performance metrics so we can best support our members, but we're sorry if that felt like micromanagement to you. While we're glad to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits/perks we offer employees, we are disappointed to hear your comments around compensation and work environment. We aim to create a consistently positive member experience with every interaction, and in order to do so, we set very specific metrics - all employees are provided metrics and evaluated against them on an ongoing basis, with a formal review each quarter. Every employee is held to the same set of metrics and we strive to give everyone the training and tools they need to meet and exceed expectations. As you know, we have a quarterly performance check-in program and a formal process to award merit increases and promotions. We also frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance.
