Great benefit and an awesome environment.

Cons

Mortgage processing is not done in-house and very hard to close deals. Avg. Sales person is closing 7-8 deals a month.

First and foremost, thank you for all you do to help our 3.5M members achieve financial independence. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience. We know the current housing market is making your job even more difficult, but let us assure you - leadership is aware of these challenges and are doing everything in their power to improve. For example, leadership is having regular round table discussions with the team to understand your concerns, and has action plans in place to address them. Additionally, our current fulfillment vendor is staffing up and making changes so they can best support us. We encourage you to continue to share this feedback with management, and keep an eye out for emails from MLO leadership as they are regularly sharing progress on this situation with the team.
